Overview

Description

Set in the peaceful village of Piton, on the North Coast of Mauritius, an estate shaped by nature, space, and a slower rhythm of life.

Surrounded by mature trees, open landscapes, and the quiet charm of the countryside, yet it is within easy reach of the North’s most vibrant hubs, including Grand Baie, international schools, shopping centres, restaurants, and more.

A limited collection of single-storey villas, each designed to sit naturally within the landscape. The architecture remains contemporary, discreet, and allows the greenery to take the lead. Thoughtful layouts, garden-led living, and flexible home options create residences that are both practical and elegant, suited to modern family life in the North.

Each villa has been designed to encourage a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, with generous openings, private gardens, and optional features such as a terrace, private swimming pool, or additional bedroom, depending on the villa type.

This project is exclusively available to Mauritian citizens.
