How we work with you
Initial consultation
Every client relationship begins with a free 30-minute consultation — by phone, video call or in person if you are already on the island. We listen to your requirements, timeline, budget and visa situation before recommending any specific properties. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Curated shortlists
Rather than bombarding you with every listing on the database, we send curated shortlists of 5–10 properties that genuinely match your criteria. We revisit the shortlist weekly as new properties come to market, and we can also access off-market properties through our network that never appear online.
Viewings & due diligence
We coordinate viewings at your convenience — in person, via video walkthrough, or both. After viewings, we provide honest market commentary: comparable sales, realistic negotiation room, and any issues to be aware of. We also work closely with trusted notaries and solicitors who specialise in non-citizen purchases under PDS and Smart City schemes.
After the sale
Our relationship does not end at the deed. We can recommend reliable property managers, connect you with rental agencies if you plan to let your property, and help with practical island onboarding — banking, utilities, schools and insurance. Many of our clients have been with us for years, returning when they upgrade, downsize or add to their portfolio.
