Albion

Albion sits at the northern edge of the west coast, where the cliffs begin to rise before dropping to small hidden coves with impossibly clear water. It's one of the quieter expat enclaves — less well-known than Tamarin or Flic en Flac, but prized by those who find it. The Albion Lighthouse marks the point where the coast bends north, and the views from properties at this elevation are remarkable.

The area has good motorway access northward to Grand Baie and southward along the coast, and Port Louis is under 30 minutes away — making it practical for those who work in the capital. La Preneuse beach is close by, and the wider Flic en Flac amenities are a short drive south.
