Flic en Flac is the most established expat residential town on the west coast — home to a long sandy beach, a year-round lagoon, restaurants and cafés along the beachfront, and a large community of French, South African, and British residents who have chosen it as their permanent home. Tamarin sits further south and has a more boutique, creative character.
